Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and DealsADay's standard 30-days return policy. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, then please review our return policy and send your order back to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement (subject to terms and conditions below).
Standard Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, DealsADay will accept qualifying and conforming products for return or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
The following applies for returns or replacements:
|Return Period:||You may return any qualifying order within 30 days of purchase.|
|RMA Number:||Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. To request an RMA number, please send an email to email@example.com|
|Restocking Fees:||Non-defective returns are subject to 20% restocking fees.|
|Condition:||Any returned product must be in its original condition (i.e. new, like new, and resalable), and it must contain the original manufacturer’s retail packaging and accessories. Any serial numbers (or identification number) must match our records.|
DealsADay reserves the right to inspect and test all returned products to determine their condition. To avoid the delay or denial of return processing, please verify that your product meets all the requirements in our return policy prior to shipping back your order:
|1 Any returned product must be in its original condition (i.e. new, like new, and resalable), include the manufacturer’s retail packaging, and contain any original accessories, manuals, components; any returned product must be shipped back securely.|
|2 Any returned product must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.|
|3 Any serial number (or identification number) must match our records for the purchase. (DealsADay maintains serial number tracking for all purchases.)|
|4 Any returned product must be free from damage of any type--including but not limited to: dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, indication of removed screws/fasteners or security seals, or damage to product’s functionality due to improper installation or misuse.|
Return Material Authorization (RMA):
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You must request an RMA number online. Your RMA number will expire within 30 days of issuance. Any expired RMA number will not be accepted, extended, or renewed. Any return shipment that we receive without a valid RMA number will be automatically rejected. Return Shipping: Please package your product securely to protect against shipping damage. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a traceable shipping carrier that provides delivery confirmation. DealsADay will not be responsible for any return shipment that is lost or damaged in shipping transit. Please allow 2-10 business days for the delivery of your return shipment to our warehouse.
You are responsible for any return shipping fees. All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are nonrefundable.

For prompt service, please include your RMA number with your return shipment, and please specify if you are requesting a standard refund or replacement. Failure to include this information with your return shipment may cause delays with return processing.
Return Processing Time
We do not offer instant refunds or cross-shipping. We must receive the original order back, and it must meet all our requirements before we can issue a refund or replacement for your order. After your return shipment has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to two weeks for the completion of standard return processing. Confirmation emails will be sent out upon the completion of return processing. If you need a replacement soon and cannot afford to wait for the turnaround time of a regular return, then we recommend that you request a refund for the original order, and place a new order for the replacement product. This means that you will have two charges on your account: the original order and the new order. Your new order will be processed and shipped out. |Our return policy excludes:|
|Goods that exhibit damage, which include but are not limited to: abuse, misuse, neglect, shipping-related damage, improper installation, and etc.|
|Goods subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress|
|Goods with broken or removed warranty seals|
|Goods that have been modified, adjusted, or repaired by persons other than Seller’s authorized personnel|
|Goods returned without their original manufacturer’s retail packaging and/or original accessories (i.e. components, installation discs, manuals or documents, and etc.)|
|Goods that exhibit markings, writings, or damage upon the original manufacturer’s product, accessories, or retail packaging|
|Due to the nature of technology products and services provided by DealsADay, the following products are non-returnable:|
|Delivery, installation, diagnostic or repair work, and other labor|
|Gift cards and prepaid cards|
|Gift boxes or gift-wrap charges|
|Batteries, ink toner, and other consumable products|
|With the exception of defective merchandise, new printers that have been opened are not returnable.|
|Software, DVD, or other similar products are not returnable if their retail packaging or shrink-wrap has been opened.|
|Special order products or customized computer orders are not returnable.|
FREE PROMOTIONAL GIFTS, BUNDLES, COUPONS, AND SPECIAL OFFERS:
Free promotional gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Bundled items—including free items, buy one get one offers, gift card offers, and etc—must be returned together, and they must meet all the requirements in the standard return policy to qualify for return or exchange. If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, then that amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Returned products that qualified for the free shipping promotion will have the standard shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds & Replacements
|Refunds are issued directly back to the original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund transaction to be reflected in your account. Non-defective returns are subject to 20% restocking fees. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. DealsADay does not offer in-store credit for online purchases at this time. All refunds are final.||Replacement requests are valid for the same product only. DealsADay does not guarantee that all replacement requests will be granted. In the event that a replacement cannot be granted, a refund will be issued instead. DealsADay does not cross-ship. We will ship out a replacement product after we have received the original product back, and we verify that the product qualifies for exchange.|
Your return shipment must meet all the requirements in our policy to qualify for return or replacement. Any breach of policy will result in the disqualification of the return request. In the event that your return shipment does not qualify for return, we will send you an email notification regarding your RMA status. Your ineligible return shipment will be rejected and sent back to you.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
With the exception of damaged shipments, any order that is refused or otherwise undeliverable will be assessed any and all additional shipping fees as incurred by the shipping carrier. If you refuse your order as means of returning it to us for a refund, then the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. All return-to-sender orders will be held for 30 days for customer retrieval. Failure to retrieve an order within 30 days will be result in forfeiture and be subject to an automatic return with 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Shipments: We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, then please refuse the shipment. If the shipping carrier has left and you realize your shipment is damaged, then please email us at email@example.com. Any damaged shipments must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery. Please maintain all packaging and contents for investigatory purposes. A refund or replacement will be issued upon the completion of the investigation.
Lost Shipments: Please allow 2-10 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States. If you do not receive your order by the shipping carrier’s estimated delivery date, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package, and we will reship your package if possible. Please allow two weeks for the completion for investigation. We will issue a refund or replacement upon the completion of the investigation. If a lost package is delivered to you after you have received a refund, then please contact us for return instructions.
Warranties & Disclaimers
All new products we sell are backed by their respective manufacturer’s warranty and DealsADay standard return policy. After 30 days of purchase, the customer is entitled to the manufacturer’s warranty only. DealsADay offers no independent or additional warranty.
DealsADay is an authorized reseller only. Products sold by DealsADay are not manufactured by DealsADay. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty, service, and support policy (if present). DealsADay assigns and passes through to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and the customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. DealsADay makes no representation or express warranty. DealsADay disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, as to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranties arising from statue, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.
All items sold through DealsADay are sold “as-is” or “with all faults.” The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or DealsADay, assumes the entire cost of the necessary servicing or repair.
This return policy is subject to immediate revision at any time, without notice, solely at DealsADay's discretion. DealsADay reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with its policy.
By requesting an RMA and shipping a return, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our return policy, and you agree to abide by our policy in full. Any violation of policy may result in the denial of return processing. By returning your product to us, you agree to accept the shipment of the product back to you as well as pay for all associated costs if it is ineligible for return as per our policy.
