Your business is important to us, and we strive to process and ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise noted, most orders require 1-2 business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
To protect you as a cardholder, DealsADay may require additional verification before processing your order. Please respond to any verification requests promptly. You may call us at 866-889-8379. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm (EST). Failure to verify your order within 3 business days will result in automatic order cancellation. Order over $300 required direct or adult signature upon deliviery.
In-stock products are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. If a product becomes out of stock after we have received your order, then your order will automatically become a backorder, and we will notify you with an estimated shipping date. If we are unable to fulfill your backorder, then your order will automatically be canceled, and you will not be charged for it.
We do not accept preorders at this time. Please check our website frequently for new product releases and special promotions.
We accept backorders for currently out-of-stock products. Shipping times for backorders may vary depending upon product availability. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change without notice. For backorders, a preauthorized charge may occur on your statement; however, you will not be charged until your order has shipped.
We ship to customers within the United States only. Shipping charges vary depending upon your order total, the weight and size of your entire order, shipping method, and delivery location. Standard shipping time within the continental U.S. is an estimated 2-10 business days.
Orders shipped to California are subject to state and local sales taxes as applicable.
We do not currently accept international orders. We do not ship to freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services.

United States Postal Service (USPS) imposes weight and size limitation on shipments to certain areas. Due to shipping restrictions, not all products are eligible for shipment to areas outside the continental U.S., military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. We understand that not all customers have traditional shipping addresses, and we will do our best to accommodate you whenever possible. In the event that your order does not qualify for shipment to the original address, we will contact you (via email or phone) for a new shipping address. Failure to provide a new and eligible shipping address within 3 business days will result in automatic order cancellation.
We ship through FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).
We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options. Shipping options and pricings vary depending upon the weight of the entire order, shipping method, and delivery location.
Orders using the “Free Shipping” promotion will be shipped through standard shipping with the carrier of our choice. Orders with expedited or express shipping are not guaranteed for same day shipment. For orders with expedited or express shipping, please allow 1 business day for order processing prior to shipment.

Shipping carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. Orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. By leaving a signed note giving the shipping carrier permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished DealsADay and the shipping carrier of all responsibility for loss or damage.
If you are unable to receive your order after three delivery attempts, the shipping carrier will return your order to sender. If your order has been returned to sender, please email us at email@example.com to make new shipping arrangements.
DealsADay is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including but not limited to the following: inclement weather, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you did not receive this email, then please contact us at 866-889-8379 or firstname.lastname@example.org to verify if your order is ready for pick-up.
To pick up your order, please bring your government-issued photo ID, the credit card used for the order, and your order number. To protect you as a cardholder, only the authorized user of your credit card may pick up your order.

Pick up orders are held for 30 days for customer retrieval. Orders that are not retrieved within 30 days will result in automatic returns subject to 20% restocking fees.
For security purposes, customers cannot change an address after the order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately at 866-889-8379 or email@example.com if you need to cancel an order due to an incorrect address. In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be canceled, but we will try to assist you whenever possible. If your order has already shipped, then we recommend that you contact the shipping carrier for redelivery instructions. If you cannot receive your order after three delivery attempts, then the shipping carrier will return your order to us. If your order has been returned to us, then please contact us to make new shipping arrangements.
DealsADay is not responsible for any order that is lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to any invalid addresses as provided by the customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for the validity of any addresses provided for the order.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For return or exchange requests, we do not offer instant refunds, and we do not cross-ship. We must receive the original order back, and it must meet all the requirements in our return policy before we can issue a refund or exchange. Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned to Sender Orders
With the exception of damaged shipments, any order that is refused, undeliverable, or otherwise returned to sender will be assessed any undeliverable shipping fees as well as any reshipping fees as incurred by the shipping carrier. If you refuse your order as means of returning it to us for a refund, then a standard return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Any returned to sender order will be held for 30 days for customer retrieval. Failure to retrieve an order within 30 days will result in automatic return subject to 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and restocking fees are nonrefundable.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your order appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, then please refuse the shipment. If the shipping carrier has left and you realize that your shipment is damaged, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any damaged shipments must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of shipment.
We take damage claims very seriously. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will initiate an official investigation with the shipping carrier regarding your case. Please maintain all packaging and contents for investigatory purposes. The shipping carrier will require the original package and its contents for its investigation. Please allow 5-10 business days to complete the investigation. A refund or replacement will be issued upon the completion of the investigation. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please note that any failure to cooperate with a damage or loss investigation will render your claim invalid, and you may be denied a refund or replacement for your order.
Lost or Incomplete Shipments
We recommend that you check your order’s tracking status online. If your order contains multiple items or large quantities, then your order may have been split into multiple shipments, and these shipments may have different delivery dates.
Please allow 2-10 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States. For areas outside the continental U.S., please allow 2-15 business days for delivery. For military addresses, it may take up to 30 calendar days for delivery.

We take claims of lost or missing shipments very seriously. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and we will initiate a formal investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your order. If our shipping carrier is able to locate your order, then we will reship it to you if possible. Otherwise, a refund will be issued upon the completion of the investigation. Please allow 5-10 business days to complete the investigation. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping and Handling Fees
All shipping and handling fees, including return shipping fees, are the customer’s responsibility, and these fees are nonrefundable. Shipping fees include but are not limited to: original shipping, return or exchange shipping, reshipping fees, refused/undeliverable/returned-to-sender fees, and etc.
